Our Leadership Team

Andy’s family set up the business in 1979 and he has been with TSL from the very beginning. Since taking over the reins in 2001, he has steered the development and evolution of the company and continues to play a hands-on role within the business. 

Robert started with the company in 2000, initially working with the transport department and then progressing through various departments within the business, building an extensive knowledge of the construction industry. He moved to the role of Operations Director in 2025.

David has been with the company for almost 20 years. He is the strategic lead on all commercial issues and oversees the estimating, surveying and procurement teams.

Naomi has been with TSL for over 20 years and has worked across various business units during this time. Her current role involves strategic marketing, client care and engagement and business development.

Angela has been with TSL for the past seven years and has a background in employment law and community advocacy work. As Head of HR and ESG, her role involves strategic and operational oversight of our HR and related functions, as well as leading our social impact, sustainable development and carbon reduction strategies.

Chris started with TSL in 2020 and has 20 years of multi sector finance experience. As Head of Finance, he has responsibility for internal and external financial reporting and control and liaison with funders and financial stakeholders.

Ian joined the TSL team in 2023, bringing with him three decades of engineering experience, both as a contractor and latterly as a developer, from a wide variety of sectors including heavy civils and infrastructure, large scale commercial and public sector buildings, utilities and volume housebuilding.

Brendan has over 35 years’ experience of working across all sectors in the construction industry. He started with TSL in 2022 as Contracts Manager and is now our Head of Building.

Whilst our roots are in Argyll, Lochaber and the islands, our highly capable and responsive team enables us to deliver exceptional projects across the UK and Ireland.
