Mull Building and Civil Engineering Services

We have a dedicated, Mull-based team which focuses on delivering local projects across the islands, from smaller scale civils works to restoration, commercial and residential building projects and extensions, and larger social housing.

We are able to draw on the considerable wealth of skills and expertise of our resident, island-based workforce, supplemented by teams from our mainland operations, as and when required.

Over the years, we have been involved in most of the more challenging civils and building projects on Mull and the surrounding areas, and we pride ourselves on consistently delivering high quality, projects on time and on budget.

Meet the Team

John Nicolson
Construction Manager

John has been with TSL since 2009. As the Construction Manager for Mull and the surrounding areas, he is responsible for overseeing and ensuring quality and health and safety in all of our building and civils projects.

Iain Calder
Contracts Manager

Iain joined the company 15 months ago as our Contracts Manager on Mull. The role involves supporting John and managing multiple building projects on a daily basis.

Iain Cameron
Foreman/Site Manager

Iain has been with the company for over 25 years. As our Foreman/Site Manager he is responsible for the day to day co-ordination of site activities and overseeing work being undertaken.
