Fair Payment Commitment
We recognise that timely payment is crucial to the financial health of our supply chain, helping small businesses to manage their finances better and contribute more effectively to the overall economy. Our fair and quick payment practices have been recognised by the Office of the Small Business Commissioner and we are proud to be gold award holders under the Fair Payment Code.

Supply chain standards
We expect our partners to conduct their relationship with us and others, including, where appropriate, their downstream supply chain, on a fair and ethical basis. We do not do business with anyone who does not seek to comply with our standards of ethical behaviour.
Our Supplier Code of Conduct articulates standards relating to the safety and wellbeing of workers, the provision of fair and decent work, responsible environmental practices, prompt payment commitments and general ethical business practices which are proportionate to the transaction and the supplier’s ability to comply with those requirements.
